KATYDID PET PROJECTS

Thank you so much for visiting my site! I'm Katy, a wife and mother of 3 children, 2 grandchildren and a Miniature Pinscher named Leo. Leo, and all our former pets were the inspiration for my business. I have always enjoyed art- from painting to quilting, it's always been a hobby. Initially Katydid Pet Projects started out as a gift for my oldest daughter Alex. I created a series of paintings of our cats creating a small and colorful mural on her wall. From there not only did the idea evolve, but so did my work! Katydid has gone from a small project to a thriving business and my pieces are consistently changing- no 2 portraits are alike! I retired in early 2014 and knew I needed something to keep me busy. Katydid Pet Projects most certainly did the trick!
